The problem
In specialty practices, the authorization work that stalls sits between people and vendors: a referral without its records, a renewal that lapses before the next infusion or injection, a procedure booked before it's cleared, a denial for "no authorization" when the approval exists but never reached billing. Staff end up checking portals and chasing updates instead of moving cases forward.
What we'd take on first
One defined workflow, usually authorization renewals and benefits re-verification for recurring treatments such as biologics, infusions or injection series, for a set of payers. Each case has an owner on our side, follows rules your practice sets, and is visible to your team from start to finish. Once that's proven, the same case record carries the approval into billing, so authorization denials are prevented or traced quickly.

- All clinical decisions and sign-off. Nothing clinical is submitted without a clinician's approval.
- Your EHR, practice management system and billing company.
- The scope, the approval rules, and the ability to revoke access or stop at any point.
How it's priced and measured
Per completed case, agreed in writing before work starts. We measure how much of your staff's time each correct case still needs, against a baseline taken with you first.
Where we are
We're setting up our first practice engagements. We don't yet have customer results, live EHR integrations or security certifications, and we say so up front. We sign a business associate agreement before handling any patient information.
