Estimate your monthly price.

Two sliders. Renewals cost less than new authorizations because the documentation already exists in the chart.

For recurring treatments, renewals are often half or more of the volume.

Estimates use your inputs and our published prices at a typical mix of three renewals to one new authorization. They don't include denials, rework or the cost of a lapsed treatment.

How your written price is set.

      1. Count the work

In the workflow review we estimate monthly volume for the case types in scope, and which payers drive the most effort.

      2. Price it in writing

You get a one-page scope with the price per completed case, what's included, and the terms for stopping.

      3. Compare it honestly

We put that next to your current cost per case, including staff time, vendors and rework, so you decide on the numbers.

      Pricing questions.

What counts as a completed case?

A case is complete when it has been submitted with your clinician's sign-off, followed to a recorded payer decision, and the approval number, dates, drug, units and site are recorded in your schedule and billing data. Cases cancelled or withdrawn before that point aren't invoiced.

What if a payer denies the request?

No one can guarantee payer decisions. A denial goes to your clinician with the payer's stated reason and the appeal deadline, and we prepare the file. A denial still counts as a completed case, because the work was done. If a denial or lapse was caused by our error, it isn't invoiced and we resubmit at no charge.

Do we have to replace our billing company?

No. Most practices keep their billing arrangement. We hand clean authorization details to your billing team.

      What happens if we stop?

Every open case comes back to you with its full history, in a format your team can use. Notice terms are in the agreement from day one.
