What this covers

This notice covers information collected through this website. It does not cover information we handle on behalf of a practice under a business associate agreement. That is governed by the agreement with that practice.

What we collect

• Information you give us: your name, work email, practice name and specialty, and anything optional you add, such as your role, practice size, the systems you use, or a description of an administrative bottleneck.
• Information from using the site: the estimators and questionnaire on this site run in your browser. The values you enter are not sent to us unless you submit the review form. We don't use advertising trackers.

Please don't submit patient information, insurance member identifiers or clinical details through this website.

How we use it

To respond to your request, arrange and prepare for a conversation, and improve the website. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the services we use to run the form and schedule calls.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep review requests for as long as we're in conversation with your practice, and for up to two years afterwards so we can pick the conversation back up. You can ask us to see, correct or delete what you submitted at any time by replying to any message from us.

Changes

If this notice changes, the effective date above changes with it.
