Your systems stay yours.
You keep your EHR, practice management system and billing company. We work inside them with only the access you approve, and we check what's possible before promising anything.
How we'd connect.
The right approach depends on what you use. We assess it during discovery and tell you what's feasible, what isn't, and what would need your IT team or software vendor.
| System | What we'd need it for | How we'd approach it |
|---|---|---|
| EHR and practice management | Reading referrals, orders and documentation; recording authorization details and status | The vendor's integration options where they exist; otherwise a dedicated user account with only the permissions you approve |
| Clearinghouse | Eligibility, claim status, rejections | Standard transactions through your existing clearinghouse account |
| Payer portals | Submitting and tracking authorizations where there's no electronic route | Individually attributable access arranged with you. No shared logins. |
| Phone and fax | Incoming referrals and records; follow-up with payers and referring offices | A fax route or inbox you designate, and call scripts you approve |
| Your tracking sheets | Existing authorization logs and expiry dates | Imported at the start, so nothing is lost |
| Your billing company | Clean authorization details; tracing authorization denials | An agreed handoff format and contact. Your arrangement stays as it is. |
Where we stand today: we don't yet have live integrations with specific EHR or practice management vendors, and we don't hold certifications such as SOC 2. Whether and how we can connect to your systems is the first thing we assess, and we'll tell you plainly if the answer is no.
The questions you should ask any vendor.
Here's how we intend to operate. Each point is confirmed in writing for your engagement before any work starts.
Who owns the work
Every case in scope has an owner on our side and a dated next step. If something stalls, you know who is moving it.
Review and escalation
You define what needs approval. Anything clinical, outside your rules, or uncertain goes to the person you name, with the context they need.
Visibility and audit trail
You can see what's done, what's pending and what's waiting on you without asking. Every action is recorded: what, when, by whom or by what, and why.
Patient data
We sign a business associate agreement before handling any patient information, and use only the access the workflow needs, through accounts you can audit and revoke.
Security review
We expect you to review us. We'll answer your security questionnaire directly, including what we haven't completed yet, rather than pointing to a badge.
If it doesn't work
Your team keeps working cases as usual until our workflow is validated. If you stop, every open case comes back to you with its full history.
